In our generation where junk foods and other unhealthy meals are in, there is high possibility to make a person’s health be inappropriate.

        What I want to voice out is that BE CAREFUL; in fact, it is really hard to control things especially that these foods are more delicious than the healthy ones. Additionally, we needed to influence the young people to love vegetables and fruits more. If we become a role model to each of them, the youth will be motivated to live a healthier life. Not only in terms of nutritious food, but also in portraying different kinds of exercises and activities to attain a more balanced-shape body.

          In living, we must be considerate of how we should take care of it. What we need to imply is A C T I O N. There is no wrong when we begin breaking those peril and chaos that could take us into an unhealthy living. 


          The challenge should start now. Let us begin to keep in our minds that we only live once, and in living a healthier life, let us respect these gifts that we have received from Him. We must remember that there is no good in an unhealthy way of living. Be uplifted with nutrients and not with diseases.
