The health of the youth is the heart of the nation.

As a part of this youth generation, there are things I want to ponder. My expedition is to nourish my fellow children;in fact, I also need to be nourished.

I am capable of experiencing such new things. My stand is vital towards national well-being and that I am also instructed to be part of my country's sustainability. Philippines has gone through a lot of mishaps when it comes to the health of their children. They lacked supply and funds for the youth to have a healthy lifestyle. However, it is not just about conscience that takes place. There is a need to ACT. Act and be the result.

The Science Month 2019 has been in favor of the students. There were a lot of activities that the Science Club and affiliates enunciated. They over viewed the interest of their fellow students.

As a student who's also a part of this celebration. I am indeed a witness of how it grew. Science has been a subject to many but it is a life-changing subject for me. It gives information not only about Science information but it explains how life started.
